Reports due 90 days after a period ends get missed, and nobody knows how much restricted money is left on each grant line.
Fundmarker is a grant tracker for a small nonprofit. Type each grant in once. It keeps the report dates and the restricted money so they stop living in Excel, Outlook calendars and your head.
"It became very inconvenient and tedious to try and track 5 years of submissions on a spreadsheet." A small nonprofit's words about their spreadsheet.

What it does to the chore
- Dates work themselves out. Enter the grant, its period and its report dates. A report due 90 days after the period ends is counted from the period end, and it moves when the period does.
- You see the restricted money left on every budget line. Record spending against the line the funder restricted it to. Each grant shows what is spent, what is left, and whether the money is leaving at the pace of the period.
- One list of what needs you. Overdue and coming reports, renewal decisions, and money still unspent after a period ended. Download the dates as a calendar file for the Outlook calendar you already use.
